Login and Passwords
First you have to install the Call Simplified App on your mobile device. From your mobile device open the App Store or Google Play Store and search for Call Simplified. Or click this here on your iPhone or here on your Android phone.
Notifications and Alerts
When you first install the App please allow for Notifications and Alerts. If you do not allow for notifications you will not get notified of message alerts. You can also enable Call Alert in the App Settings to have your primary and secondary phone ring when there is an alert.
When you first open the App or after logging out of the App you will be presented with the login screen.
Please enter your email address as the login. This email address will be used to first setup your password and reset your password if you forget it.
Please enter the password you set using the password reset link sent to your email.
If you can not remember your password select the forgot password link and a password reset will be sent to your registered email address. Reset your password using the link using at least 8 characters that must include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number or symbol.
Set or Change PIN or Password
If you want to change your password or PIN unlock code when logged in select Menu (3 bars at the top right).
Then select Settings and enter and confirm your new password using at least 8 characters that must include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number or symbol. Enter a new 4 digit Personal Identification Code to unlock the app and if you don't want to use the phones finger print unlock service.
Select Save to change the password and/or PIN. Press the Home icon in the top left to cancel and not save any changes and return to the Home Screen.
